CASE STUDIES Enabled the merger of two large divisions to create
a 5,000 employee, $1.4B division by providing transition and integration support to the leadership team. Worked
to ensure the organization had clear, frequent and consistent communications that resulted in a smooth transition
with little disruption to the business. Helped President structure the new executive team, helping outline the roles
and responsibilities. As a result, the executive team was able to get up and running quickly. Provided strategic planning, executive talent assessment, goal setting and
performance management assistance to newly established business unit of a $1.8B government contracting firm. Facilitated team
alignment and achievement of business unit’s first year financial goals for revenue, realization and retention. Developed tools for an evolving $200M government
contractor to launch and execute a winning management plan. We conducted a program management assessment and created
tools necessary to advance practices. Fulfilled board directive to improve efficiencies,positioned firm for new contract wins
to meet exponential organic growth goals and enabled speed to performance of newly hired or acquired managers.
